Best rates available. Customer service was fantastic (thank you Michael), took time to thoroughly answer all my questions and is very knowledgeable. Only issue was when lender did not credit discharge fee, I needed to initiate the follow-up on this to get it resolved. However, given that CanWise promised this, they made it right on their own coin without any argument - I am a very satisfied customer and I will definitely look to CanWise first for all future mortgage needs.
