I renewed my mortgage with Ratehub and it was an amazing experience. The process of transferring my mortgage was almost pain-free and didn't really cost me much. I didn't have to chase down a mortgage advisor at the major banks to shop for deals, "go to the home branch" to unlock manager's special deals etc. That alone deserves 5 stars. Once I made the decision and signed the documents, the Ratehub/Canwise folks took care of everything (lawyer fees and whatnot). The advisor (Krishan N.) who was helping me was very responsive and knowledgeable. Initially, I was looking at 3-year deals but he advised that the 5-year one was quite competitive, so I decided to go with that (but on a more aggressive payment schedule). I think I am paying off more of the principle when I go with Ratehub, and that made all the difference for me. I'd highly recommend going with Ratehub and I'll probably go with them when I buy a new property as well.
