What an amazing person Mr. Kaunain Taki; when we dealt for our mortgage renewal. He was always available and extended all the support needed for the completion of the process. His follow up upon submission of the documents and then following up within the organization to have the process faster and smoothly completed. Even after the mortgage renewal was approved , he still kept following up and placed personal calls to us and we really are pleased with him.
