I had the pleasure to work with Spiro Boseovski. He is an outstanding professional and very competent and knowledgeable at what he does. This is my first time going through the mortgage process and Spiro was able to patiently explain to me all of my options, the reasoning behind each step along the way and wholeheartedly helped to choose the best option. When I had various requests, Spiro really helped me to negotiate for better deal. All throughout this process, Spiro was prompt and very communicative. I only had a week time to turn around my mortgage application in order to waive my condition, Spiro was able to complete my request and get me the perfect deal even on such a short notice. It is the least to say that I am extremely pleased with Spiro and the outcome. I will certainly refer him to all my friends and family.
