I just have finished a mortgage refinance with CanWise and wanted to share my experience. I would like to say thank you to Robert De Benedictis who helped me with the process. I won't exaggerate if I say that Robert provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. Prompt, courteous, professional, Robert patiently guided me through all steps of the process. He responded to my inquiries so fast I started thinking he lives in the office. More importantly, and it's rare in the banking industry, I felt solid trust when I dealt with him. He patiently explained more complex parts of the deal. He was friendly and respectful.
