I have recently renewed my mortgage through CanWise Financial. I am impressed with excellent customer service and professionalism of brokers.The "buddy system" CanWise office uses makes sure no calls remain unanswered. Michael De Nuzzo did amazing job to help me find a decent lender with good rate (at the times of steady, almost daily increase in rates). He guided me through the whole process/paperwork to successfully lock my best rate months prior to my renewal date. Michael was always there to respond to my inquiries and provide detailed explanation of how things worked, what the risks and options could be.
