We worked with our mortgage agent, Steve, over a four month duration. From just simply seeking information on how to acquire a mortgage and what our options were, to answering questions regarding any concerns we had even after closing. He was relatable, efficient, patient, and broke down the many new concepts and processes related to buying a home. On first meeting, tips on financial measures to address prior to applying were addressed. Explored several bank options for us - even considering some unique circumstances - and acted quickly with communications between ourselves and the bank. There were no issues with paperwork and there was transparency throughout. We would absolutely recommend to others.
