We had an incredibly positive experience working with Danny at CanWise. From start to finish, we felt supported in our first home purchase together. Though one of us works for one of the large banks and likely would have been able to get the same rate that CanWise offered, we stayed with CanWise because of the service and professionalism that Danny provided. Further, from when we were approved for the mortgage until our closing date, the lending bank dropped the mortgage rate twice, and both times, Danny proactively re-did the paperwork to get us the best rate possible in the end. We could not have asked for a better mortgage broker, and we'll be reaching out to Danny again when our mortgage is up for renewal.
