I couldn't be happier that I chose CanWise Financial to handle my mortgage. My advisor Eric Milicevich was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had in detail. Although my closing date was not for another 4-5 months, Eric was diligent about getting me the best possible rate over that entire time frame, sometimes updating me a few times a week on rate changes and lender incentives. He was very proactive when it came to re-submitting paperwork each time to lock in lower rates and was even able to score me a lower rate just a day before I signed the final mortgage documents. This was the second mortgage I've ever had and I can honestly tell you that my experience with CanWise was miles ahead of the prior mortgage broker I had used. Even the 'big' bank I've been at for 20 years wasn't able to offer me rates close to what CanWise could, and their level of service paled in comparison to the time that Eric put into finding me the right mortgage and best rate. The initial online application process was easy to navigate, and whenever supporting documents were needed Eric made the process simple and stress-free for me.
