I would recommend CanWise Financial and their Representative Danny to anyone purchasing a home. Danny was extremely knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. I always knew what was required and what was expected to happen next. Approvals came through quickly and Danny was available for the millions of questions I had being a first time buyer. On top of all of that, we decided to change mortgage companies 2.5 weeks before closing. Danny was fully on board and redid all of the applications and had our new mortgage approved and over to the lawyers quickly. In addition to the mortgage, our provider offered us additional products at reduced interest rates for purchasing through Danny/CanWise. Again, I would highly recommend CanWise and will be using them for my mortgage renewal when the time comes!
