As a first-time home buyer, I really didn't know the first thing about getting a mortgage. I had looked at some of the major banks to see what the rates were, but didn't truly understand what I was looking at. Getting connected with John Ross Hill at Canwise removed any nerves about what could have otherwise been a very stressful process. The respect he has for his clients is clear in his dedication to providing you excellent service. He is organized and confident in the work he is doing, which in turn made us feel secure and comfortable in the process. On top of being a pleasure to work with, John Ross was also able to get us an excellent rate on a mortgage. We are in our new home now and its fair to say that John Ross played a major part in getting us here. 5/5 stars. One of the best customer service experiences I have experienced. Would recommend to everyone.
