I had the pleasure of working with Danny Soeur to lower my mortgage and exit my previous mortgage company flawlessly. At every step, Danny guided me with great advice. Although I had been with my other mortgage company for 10 years, they basically did not renegotiate. It was actually kind of funny when I gave them a call to terminate. They asked me if there was anything they could do to keep my business and if they had offered me the rate I asked for I would have stayed. Danny made the whole process as painless as possible. Considering the short time frame I gave him and it was so close to Xmas/NY holidays, I am shocked it gone completed as well as it did. I am very happy with my new 5 year fixed rate.
