This is the second mortgage I’ve done with Canwise and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Robert Cullen, I closed on a multifamily home deal at a ridiculously low rate with a cash back incentive. Robert truly cares about finding the best option for his clients, I’m sure there were other lenders he could’ve stuck me with for a higher reserve, but he took the time to listen to what my goals were with the mortgage instead of just “getting it funded”. He always responded to emails quickly and didn’t leave me hanging when I had questions or concerns. I would recommend to anybody. I plan to buy more buildings in the near future and will be using this company again, with Robert as my guy!
