I worked with Robert De Benedictis to close a condo purchase and Robert was really helpful. Our situation was a bit complicated so he had to send our application to multiple mortgage companies. He did eventually find us a very good rate. After the contract was signed, the rate dropped so Robert called the mortgage company to have the rate adjusted for us before our closing date, without us asking him to do so. We will definitely recommend Robert to our friends and ask for his help again if we need to find a mortgage in the future.
