My very first 5 star review. Right from day one, my experience with Steve at CanWise Financial was positive. My mortgage was coming up for renewal so I decided to shop around for the best rates. During my first conversation with Steve, he actually encouraged me to first negotiate with my current lender before proceeding with him in order to avoid the added costs to me of switching out. It was refreshing to see someone putting my interests ahead their own. Of course, my current lender couldn't come close to the rates being offered through CanWise. Throughout the whole process, Steve was very responsive to my questions and most importantly, he came through on his incentive promises. Without hesitation, I would recommend CanWise Financial if you are shopping around for a mortgage.
