We shopped around for the best mortgage rate. This was one of three brokerages that claimed they could get us the rate we wanted. We worked with Robert (who was awesome). He delivered what he promised and made the whole process streamlined and hassle free. Robert was easy to reach for help with our questions and all of the correspondence between us and the bank (TD) was handled by him. - Commission for their fee is paid by the lender. - They get you an amazing deal. We were impressed and would go through Canwise again in the future for refinancing. Would recommend!
